Join Dawn DiVita for this 75 minute session, an experience of deep rest and nourishment. Yoga Nidra invites you to set an intention, a sankulpa, or wish for yourself. In a place between the waking and sleeping states, you can let go of tension on the physical, emotional and mental levels, and emerge feeling deeply rejuvenated.

Why along-side the Full Moon? The power within the full moon is many so some of my favorites; 

Releasing while manifesting. Healing and growth. It’s magical with a sprinkle of emotions and sensitivity. 

Here we will make a wish allowing ourselves to align energetically with the moon. We will tune into both the intuitive and practical side, while nourishing the mind, body, and spirit. 

Prior yoga and/or meditation practice is not required.

Bring a bolster or pillow.
