KUNDALINI & HATHA FUSION

Description

A fusion of Kundalini Yoga and Hatha styles for the gentle, beginner, and intermediate students. Each class will offer chanting, pranayama (breathing exercises), movement, deep relaxation, and meditation. This class is active and energetic while offering modifications for all levels of students. It will assist in building strength, endurance, stamina, and mobility within the body and mind. Meet yourself where you are and you will leave feeling more connected and joyful in body, mind, and spirit
 

Yin Yoga

Description

Yin… this class targets connective tissue, joints of the body, and lengthening of muscles while offering an opportunity for meditation and contemplation. This class is gentle yet intense, helping to release tension and to practice being present in the moment. Yin yoga is a beneficial complement to the more active styles of yoga.
