Gentle, beginner, and intermediate students come together in a fusion of Kundalini Yoga and Hatha styles! Each class will offer chanting, pranayama (breathing exercises), movement, deep relaxation, and meditation. This class is active and energetic while offering modifications for all levels of students. It will assist in building strength, endurance, stamina, and mobility within the body and mind.
